Make It Monday #1: Go-To Sentiment Card, Take 2

Since I was in need of a Valentine's Day card for my husband, I decided to give this Sentiment Technique another try. I couldn't decide what to do on the red background but I felt like it needed something, so I ended up using the same sentiments from the focal point in VersaMark ink to give it a more finished look.

There was just enough daylight left to try and get a decent outside picture, so even though it's FREEZING cold here, I swung open the front door, set up the black cardstock, plopped my card on it and quick snapped a picture before everything blew away! It's still not perfect, but way better than trying to find a spot in the house with good lighting.

Enjoy the evening!

Very pretty Anika! Love the color scheme, and love that you also stamped the red background with sentiments, that really ties the card together so well!

So sweet. I especially love that you've capably incorporated Just the Ticket. Very cool. That one offset loveheart is just perfect.
