EBTKS Challenge #18

For a long time, I have been checking out the EBTKS challenges, but have never participated.  Well, today when I saw the challenge to use Aluminum Foil, I had to play along!  Click here for the details.
This is what I came up with.  First, I scrunched the foil, not too tightly though since I had to be able to open it back up.  Then, I used my new Fiskars Star Punch (so glad I picked that up the other day!) and punch out three stars.  I used bits of Scor-Tape to adhere them to the cardstock and then cut around them.  I used some scraps to make the stripes and decided to add a little interest by weaving them in the corner.

Thanks for stopping by!

Celebrate!

Just a quick little festive card to share today.  We are so looking forward to the weekend and celebrating Independence Day with family and friends.

I got to use my new Fiskars Star Punch that I picked up yesterday when we were out shopping!

Have a fantastic day!
