Happy Birthday

I've got a quick card to share today.  It follows the Sweet Sunday Sketch #63 found here

My Delightful Dahlia set hadn't seen enough ink and since I needed to make a birthday card for a girlfriend, I decided to pull it out.  After I stamped the flower, I masked it and stamped the leaves.I was able to use my Fiskars Circle Cutter to cut out both circles since I was able to cover up the 'uneven spot' with that big button - every time I try to cut a circle, no matter how careful I am, the cutter moves just enough to make a notch at the end of the circle. I really need some Nesties so I can avoid this!

Thanks for looking!
~Anika

Oh, I just love all the pink against the black. So pretty! And the best circle cutter I've found is the Coluzzle. It's a bit hard to find but it's made by Provo Craft and works great. No notches or skipping. :)

Oooh, the masked leaves really stood out when I saw this card. So pretty with just the outlines and not fully colored or paperpieced.
Love all the buttons!

Very pretty card love the scallops. I could NEVER get on with my circle cutter either - thought it was because I'm left handed! I managed to find a Coluzzle on ebay about 12 months ago and its much easier to use. Nesties are great but EXPENSIVE!

I love it. Its very, very pretty. I use my circle cutter, too, and like you, I just can't get it to work perfectly.
